Your 2024 HOA Assessment is now due.  Payments must be received and posted to your account by the 31^st of January to avoid a late charge.  Postdated checks will not be honored if not received by the deadline.  Please take precaution when inserting banking information online.  The Association will not waive fees if your banking information was inserted incorrectly.

 Payment options include:

1. Pay online by credit card (merchant fees are passed on to the resident) or online bill pay at www.TownSq.io.
2. Mail your payment (and the appropriate coupon) to the P.O. Box address printed on the statement.  If your coupon is not attached to the payment, be sure to write your 9-digit account number in the memo.
3. Deliver your check to the onsite property management office at 8802 Greatwood Parkway, Sugar Land, TX 77479. There is a mail slot on the front door to drop off the payment as well. Please note, the HOA office will stop accepting payments on Friday, January 12th.
