If you would like to nominate yourself or a neighbor, you may write in the name(s) and vote on this proxy or you may nominate in person at the meeting. Please obtain approval from anyone you choose to nominate. Please include a short biography about the nominee that can be distributed at the meeting. Nominations will also be taken from the floor at the meeting.
