Please note, this service is no longer offered citywide; however, House Watch inspections will be completed by the Contract Officer(s) assigned to Greatwood.

o   Your House must be located in Greatwood.
o   The residence must be vacated for more than 72 hours.
o   No other people may be going into or around the residence while it is unoccupied.
o   The occupant must have established residency at the location.
o   The residence may not remain on the watch for more than three (3) weeks.
o   The residence may not exceed a maximum of 12 weeks per calendar year.
